Monday Morning

It's bound to be a lovely day today. Sunny and 87 finally.

I was greeted at the office today by the sight of broken doors and windows. As I got off the elevator and went around the corner I noticed someone had broken the office door in. As I looked down the hall, I saw that ours was not the only office broken into. So, I backed up onto the elevator and left the office. I sat in my car in the parking lot and called the police. Evidently, they had already been made aware of the vandalizm. It occured late Saturday night. Not a pretty sight to come upon first thing 6:00 Monday morning when I am the first to enter the building. Besides busting up both doors to the office, it looks like they got away with the digital camera. We believe it was young thugs looking for petty cash for whatever fix they needed. They took $50 cash from a second floor office but left their credit card in plain site. They removed the laptop from it's shelf in our office, but didn't take it with them or mess with it in any way. Fortunately, they did not disturb any of the electronic equipment in the office. The officer said they were wearing gloves, so probably very little chance of ever knowing who committed the crime.

On a lighter note, for those of you who haven't heard about the Friday races, we had a ball. Chet and Little Red did us proud even though Little Red was very sick. Fortunately, 3 of his opponenets redlighted! Chet is still in 6th place overall, even after missing the entire race on Memorial Day Weekend. Way to go Chet and Little Red! We had a very nice bbq yesterday for Father's Day. Glad everyone could come and share such a beautiful day. I was enjoying it so much I didn't even get my camera out, if you can believe that! I just love our family get-togethers! I love you guys!

Have a great week!
