The Balloons still launch!

Balloon Ralley from Ann Morrison Park. Even though we no longer have the River Festival, the balloonists love launching in Boise. There were not as many balloons as in previous years, but I imagine more will be coming in for the rest of the week. We can hope anyway.

The weather was calm and 64 degrees with clear skies. A balloonist's dream.
