What a way to spend an afternoon with the girls. We spent it stamping invitations to Rylee's birthday party on the 18th. This is a new hobby for some of us. Erica has managed to amass a few supplies. Now she needs a couple of wheeled suitcases to move them around. Melissa is fast gaining on her. Anyway, they brought all their stuff over and we had a ball. Ady made the most ingenious bird from bits and scraps. The girls were so good and very inventive. They helped color and stamp Rylee's invitations. All in all, not a bad way to spend a rainy Sunday afternoon with the NFL raging in the background. GO BRONCOS!

Love that bird! Where in the world did my child get such artistic ability in a family where our stick figures look like, well...not like sticks or figures. This kid never ceases to amaze me. She draws like a pro, has the most ingenious ideas and miles of creativity. Gotta chalk one up to God I guess, because I sure didn't pass that on to her.
