What exactly is a "bobby" and is it legal?
Hmmm, don't know about legal, but it's a pillow for breastfeeding. Kinda handy to have I'm sure. The U shape wraps around your stomach so the baby can lay on it while eating. They are very soft, this one happens to have some chenille on it which I LOVE!
