...since I took a picture. I keep thinking I should just grab my camera and forget about clean toilets and go do some shooting. But alas, every time I head out the door it hits me in the face with a fresh downpour or gust of cold wind. Having winter stretch into May is very disheartening to a sunshine girl.
Erica and I took a little cruise up to the Dry Creek area in the foothills of Boise Saturday morning to the Peacefully Belly Farms. They are an organic CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). They were having their annual spring tomato plant sale. They carry just about every kind of plant you can think of. We picked up some heirlooms of all sizes and colors, plus some standbys like Brandy Wine and Early Girl. Hopefully we will be knee deep in tomatoes in a couple of months!
Yesterday turned into a beautiful day. It started out cool and breezy, but ended up calm and warm. Steve put up the badmitton net while Erica and I bbq'd all kinds of lovely things to eat. After working out, doing laundry and cleaning house in the morning, the afternoon was a pleasant surprise. Of course, I was too busy cooking to take photos!
Until Next Time!
