Raka and Vin and Lindsey came to visit yesterday! Erica and family, Melissa and Greg came over to visit with them too. I just happened to have a pot roast in the crock pot and a meatloaf in the oven, so everyone got to eat also! That's what we do you know. Pretty good timing I'd say.
Vin has just about doubled in size it seems, since Melissa and I went to Tahoe in February to see them. And I do believe he remembered us! He was so good, and we got to hold him, hug him, play with him. He loved sitting by the patio door and looking outside. I think he's heard all the stories about the fun and parties that go on out there. I can't wait to see him running with the rest of the kids and sliding down Bonzai FAlls! What great fun!
Vin enjoyed our other "new arrival" Felix, Melissa and Greg's new Italian Greyhound. You remember, from the "Cone Heads" post? Felix doesn't seem any worse for wear. He sure has plenty of energy, but I think he and Vin got on just fine.
