One-Eyed Coneheads!

Thursday, April 03, 2008

I was talking with Linda last night and she was telling me about her "one-eyed Honey". Honey had an accident with a tennis ball and her right eye. It turns out she had glaucoma in that eye and had to have it removed. Poor baby.

So, I was telling her about Melissa's new "honey" Felix. Felix hadn't been a part of the family long before he found out he shouldn't be cornering cats who don't feel like playing. Consequently, Felix has experienced a deep claw scrape across his left eyeball. Not a fun thing. I thought I had a photo of him in his "cone" also, but it's nowhere to be found.

Here's hoping all God's creatures a speedy recovery!

Oh you really do need to see Felix in his 'cone'.

Poor baby doglets!
Glad they are with owners that love and care for them so deeply.
