We made it to Rock Springs, Wyoming. Boy, has this place grown. Too many motels to choose from, so we ended up at the Best WEstern Outlaw Inn. We are having our trials and tribulations about the place (broken hot water main, baby screaming next door, up and down stops to get to our room, water on the bathroom floor) but we decided to keep our happy faces on, and it seems to be working. We toured the town for something to eat and finally settled on Bonsai Sushi and Chinese Cuisine. Boy, was that a good choice. Chet had Szechaun Pork and I had Kung Pou Shrimp. EXCELLENT! I can't hardly believe how good it is.
WE thought we might get in the indoor pool, but the screaming child was in there, soooo nah. So we are in the room watching the Colts/Bengals game. WE will be on the road early in the a.m. headed to Steamboat Springs. Stay tuned! Thanks for reading and commenting.

Nothing like a little twist to keep the adventure exciting. If there is a screaming kid in a 5 mile radius it will seek me out, follow me around a store or sit next to me in a restaurant. Guess I'm a magnet for that stuff. By the way a storm came thru late yesterday afternoon and the neighbor by Joes house in Nampa called me to say we had lost a large chunk of our roof. Guess it hit Nampa harder than Boise . There was quite a bit of damage throughout the area. Hope your place was spared. Have a fun trip. Pam O.
