That's short for "If I were masochistic, I would be in heavan now!" Yes, folks we are at it again. Melissa and I have taken up the Bowflex again at full force. We are determined to be "HOT" when we descend on the unsuspecting Island of Jamaica at the end of November. But, right now as we speak, my "potty" muscles are threatening to toss my pretty behind right off this chair! Squat, lunge. Squat, lunge. What was I thinking?! It's not like I haven't experienced this before. I must be masochistic, or out of my right mind! You know I love it. I hope we are still lifting and laughing about it when I'm 80. What the heck, it keeps me off the streets (unless of course you count the times I'm nose down on the pavement, due to uncooperative "potty" muscles!). I hope you all are enjoying our last month of summer. Keep on dancin'!
