I want to thank the family members for populating the sacred "shop" for our annual family photo extravaganza. All in all it went off splendidly. Unfortunately, my talents still leave a lot to be desired. I am having fun working with the best of the pictures in PhotoImpact. I need to change the color balance in some of them and do some cropping and such. I believe each family has at least one good one and you all have seen the "Generations" picture on the last post. I am thinking about having you all over to re-shoot, one family at a time. I would like more practice, and would like to have the leisure time to spend with each of you rather than cramming everyone in at once. If you are all up for that, we will start setting up a schedule with Papa Chet for the shop time. Chet and I had a wonderful time taking our own pictures later after you all left. It would have been nice however if we had had a photographer, as running back and forth from the camera to the set was quite tiring (and comical to say the least). So, we may prevail upon one of you to do that for us in the future also.
On a side note...the girls enjoyed their outing to Claire's to get their first set of new earrings I promised them after the six weeks were up from Ady and I getting our ears pierced. Ady got her Hello Kitty's and Rylee I believe ended up with a set of 3 different butterflies in different colors. Ady picked out a separate set of Hello Kitty's for Morgan. One for all, and all for one, eh Morgan? If you look closely, you may be able to spot the earrings in some of the family photos.
Believe that life is worth living and your belief will help create the fact.
