About Me
My oldest daughter describes me as "fun loving, practical and beautiful" and "she would only be so lucky to take after me". Wow, my work here is complete...

I married my high school sweetheart after 27 years apart, but that's a whole different and wonderful story. We live happily in Idaho where we were both raised. We enjoy travelling in our small motorhome, fishing, camping and riding 4-wheelers, usually in the Owyhee Mountains. It's quite beautiful there in June with all the wildflowers blooming and the waterfalls at full strength. We also enjoy travelling to different destination points, especially if it's a warm beach in the middle of February. Our life's goal is to "eat our way around the world!". Taking photographs along the way of course!

About My Photography
I've taken pictures all my life. I just recently learned how to use a camera. Kind of backwards I know, but it works for me. At 50 I graduated from The New York Institute of Photography. It was a crowning moment for me, and it came complete with a gorgeous diploma. It's professionally framed and hanging on my office wall.

I did not do this to become a professional photographer, but rather to take professional photographs. I love my family and am constantly clicking away at them trying to achieve better and better images. I love developing and framing them in artistic ways as gifts for their families. It gives me great joy to give them something they can cherish for years to come. My granddaughters now have their own digital cameras they received this past Christmas. It's my great joy to take them on photo safaris and see the world through their eyes.
